These Terms & Conditions govern all digital music purchases made through this website. By accessing this site, submitting required information, and completing payment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Storybook Charm Records operates as a digital‑only music service under Magic By Clint Barkhouse.

All music sold on this website is distributed exclusively through this platform.

Direct digital purchases are available to all customers paying in CAD currency worldwide.

Payments are processed in Canadian Dollars. ( CAD ).

2. Digital Product Description

All digital products sold through this website include:

• Digital audio files (MP3 or FLAC)

• Album artwork provided separately

• Price: $1.50 CAD per track

• Delivery: Download link sent by email

No physical products are shipped.

All digital downloads are intended for personal listening use only.

3. Ordering Process

To purchase a digital track:

1. Complete the mandatory contact information form.

2. Provide your city and province.

3. Select the song you wish to purchase.

4. Complete payment through Wix Payments or PayPal.

5. A download link will be automatically emailed to you once payment is verified.

Download links remain active for 72 hours. After expiration, a new purchase is required.

Payment must be received in full before any digital file is delivered.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Once payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Their email address is correct

• Their inbox can receive download links

• Their device supports MP3 or FLAC playback

If a file fails to download due to a customer‑side technical issue, the link may be resent within the 72‑hour window.

Refunds are not available.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

All digital music sales are final.

Because digital files cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once the download link has been sent.

7. Licensing & Personal Use

Purchasing a digital audio file grants you a personal listening license only.

You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Upload to streaming platforms

• Use in commercial projects

• Claim ownership of the music

All music remains the intellectual property of Clinton Barkhouse and Storybook Charm Records.
