1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all direct digital music purchases made through this website. By contacting me, submitting the required information, and completing payment, you agree to the policies and conditions outlined below.

My music is streamed worldwide online music platforms and distributed to over 20 stores.

However, direct MP3 purchases handled personally by me through this website are available to Canadian customers only.

2. Digital Product Description

All digital products sold directly through this website are:

  • MP3 audio files

  • Delivered by email

  • Priced at $1.00 CAD per track

  • Intended for personal listening use only

No physical products are shipped.

3. Ordering Process

To purchase a track directly:

  1. Complete the mandatory contact information form

  2. Provide your city and province

  3. Provide the title of the song you wish to purchase

  4. Wait for confirmation from me

  5. Send payment via PayPal or e‑transfer

  6. Receive your MP3 file by email once payment is verified

Orders are processed manually. Delivery times may vary depending on email response times.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

Payment must be received in full before any digital file is delivered.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Once payment is verified, the selected MP3 file will be emailed to the customer using the contact information provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Their email address is correct

  • Their inbox can receive attachments

  • Their device can open MP3 files

If a file fails to download due to a technical issue on the customer’s device, I will resend the file, but I cannot provide refunds.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

All digital music sales are final.

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” no refunds or exchanges are available once the MP3 file has been sent.

7. Licensing & Personal Use

Purchasing a digital MP3 file grants you a personal listening license only.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Upload to streaming platforms

  • Use in commercial projects

  • Claim ownership of the music

All music remains the intellectual property of Clinton Barkhouse.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected through the contact form (name, email, city, province, song request) is used solely for:

  • Processing your purchase

  • Delivering your digital file

  • Communicating about your order

Your information is not shared, sold, or used for marketing without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • Email delivery issues caused by your email provider

  • Lost files after delivery
